Magratechs built the Sun Astro app as a commercial app. This SERVICE is provided by Sun Astro and is intended for use as is.

Account Deletion
Once account is created, users can request to delete their account. Open app move to Others section scroll down to last section. Before logout you can see an option called delete account. Click that and it will open the delete account screen, there you can specify the reason for account deletion request and once you enter or choose the information then you can click on submit. Once the request is submitted successfully, you will be logged out. Still you are able to login. It will take 30-45 days to delete your account permanently.
Activity
We own all the intellectual property rights associated with the Application and its contents. No right, title or interest in any downloaded material is transferred to you as a result of any such downloading or copying. Our logos, product and service marks and/ or names, trademarks, copyrights and other intellectual property, whether registered or not are exclusively owned by us. You shall not in any manner Wwithout our prior written permission, you agree to not display any of our logo, marks, namesin any manner. Or any other intellectual property which exclusively belong to us. .

Your account is password protected. We use industry standard measures to protect the Personal Information that is stored in our database. We limit the access to your Personal Information to those employees and contractors who need access to perform their job function, such as our customer service personnel. Cancellation Policy
Prohither may cancel the appointment 2 hours prior to the scheduled time of appointment, in which case. Prohitham shall not be liable for such cancellation..
Payment Process
Once the User has booked an appointment via Prohitham application, he/she will pay the consultation fee via the Payment gateway partner. The Prohither will be paid by Prohitham within the next 5 – 7 working days after successful completion of Appointment schedule. The consultation fee so charged, after deducting 10% of the consulting fee charged by Prohither for each appointment.
Complaints and Grievance Redressal
Any complaints or concerns in relation to your Personal Information or content of this Application or any dispute or breach of confidentiality or any intellectual property of any User should be immediately informed to us via the below mail id: admin@mtstechs.com
